Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips at least 70% cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325F 163C
Spread almonds, cashews, and coconut flakes on a baking sheet
Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden and fragrant
Remove from the oven and let cool completely
In a large bowl, combine the toasted nuts and coconut with dried cranberries, chopped apricots, dark chocolate chips, and sea salt
Mix well to combine
Store in an airtight container or portion into small bags for easy travel snacks
