This Spicy Corn Dip is always the first thing that people eat at a party. Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, it's very simple to make and tastes so good you can't stop eating it. Your guests will want more because the corn is sweet, the jalapeo is spicy, and the cheese is gooey.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups canned corn kernels, drained
- 1 jalapeo, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put the corn kernels, diced jalapeo, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly
It should be baked in a hot oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
If you want, you can add more cilantro as a garnish
To go with tortilla chips, serve hot
