Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies
Instructions:
Preheat your Airfryer to 320F 160C
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar
Mix until well combined
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar-butter mixture and mix until smooth
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms
Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed chocolate cookies into the batter
Grease a small baking dish that fits inside your Airfryer and pour the brownie batter into it
Place the baking dish in the Airfryer basket and air fry at 320F 160C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs
Remove the brownies from the Airfryer and let them cool for a few minutes
Slice the brownies into squares, and they're ready to serve!
